Selecting essences There are two options to finding and selecting essences: Use the 'find by category' menu to first choose the category of essences you want and then scroll through that category to find each essence in alphabetical order. This listing allows you to choose intuitively. Use the 'find by function' menu to choose from the five main ailments/problems headings and then choose the specific problem listed under each heading. Click on that problem to view a number of essences listed that can help to heal that particular problem.
